How does the mobile test ride service work?

Simply schedule an appointment online or give us a call. We'll confirm which bikes you're interested in and come to your location with them fully charged and ready to ride. You can test ride at your own pace, on your own roads—no pressure, no time limits (within reason!).

What brands do you carry?

We proudly carry Rad Power Bikes, Blaupunkt, Big Cat, Himiway, Lectric, Velotric, Urtopia, Hiboy, Blix, and Velowave. If there's a specific brand or model you're looking for, let us know—we can often source it.

Do you service e-bikes you didn't sell?

Absolutely! We service all e-bike brands. Our technicians are experienced with various motor systems, battery technologies, and component types. If it has two wheels and a battery, we can probably fix it.

What's your service area?

We serve Johnsburg, McHenry, Crystal Lake, Woodstock, Lake Geneva, and surrounding areas in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. For customers outside our normal service area, we may still be able to accommodate you—just ask!

Do you offer financing?

Yes! We offer several financing options to help you get riding today. Most customers can get approved quickly. Contact us for current rates and terms.

What if I need warranty service?

We handle warranty claims for all brands we sell. For other brands, we can often service the bike and help you navigate the manufacturer's warranty process. Either way, we'll get you back on the road.

Can you help me choose the right e-bike?

That's what we do best! Tell us how you plan to use your e-bike—commuting, trails, leisure, cargo—and we'll recommend models that fit your needs and budget. Then we'll bring them to you to try!

What's included in a basic service/tune-up?

Our basic tune-up includes brake adjustment, gear tuning, tire inspection and inflation, chain lubrication, bolt tightening, and a safety check of all electrical connections. We'll also diagnose any issues and provide a quote for additional work if needed.
